If you use InvoiceLingo, your business profile and invoices are stored locally on your device by default.

We use your inquiry data exclusively to evaluate your project, prepare proposals, and communicate directly with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third parties. We do not use your information for unsolicited third-party marketing.
Analytics and measurement
We may use privacy-conscious analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to monitor aggregate traffic trends, page views, and interaction patterns. No sensitive contact form text or personal identifiers are transmitted to analytics.
Third-party integrations
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, communications are subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Inquiries submitted via our form may be processed through transactional email infrastructure (such as Resend) to deliver your message to our inbox.
Data retention & deletion
